Archive utility - not able to archive some listed projects; purchase requests may be missing [#78041]	Issue: The Archive utility did not provide the option to archive all projects that were displayed. Resolution: Updated the option to archive (or not archive) all projects that are listed.
Capital Tracking Directory - Sort not working [#78289]	Issue: In the Capital Tracking Directory report (Excel), sorting by any method other than CAPREQ returned an error. Resolution: Updated the sorting method by replacing ProjectID with Project ID, which allows Project ID to be found in the sorting logic.
